Service charges are non-refundable once processing has begun. Government fees (if any) are additional and subject to change. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if work has not yet started.

Estimated processing times are indicative only. Actual time depends on government departmental workload and applicant's timely submission of correct documents. We are not liable for delays caused by government portals or server issues.

Saini Solutions CSC shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of applications by government authorities
• Delays beyond our control
• Loss arising from incorrect information provided by user
• Technical failures of government portals

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in [City/State]. We encourage resolving disputes amicably first.
